Blank radio buttons when printing the Level I form
Some users of the OBRA Screening website are reporting that the radio buttons on the Level I form are not visible when they print the Level I form. It has been found that this behavior only occurs on some printers and that the problem seems to be with the user's web browser and the print driver installed on the user’s system; not the OBRA website. For a possible solution, have your tech support install the latest printer driver for your printer. Some users have had success by having their printer driver language changed from PCL to Postscript.
